Destiny Helms

Executive Director

Destiny joined Legacy Village of Cleveland in 2022, bringing with her several years of experience in the senior living industry. Destiny says she fell in love with senior care by “pure accident” and “on purpose for God” and has never turned back from that calling! She has served in many different capacities in the senior living industry, with the administrator role being her favorite. Destiny has been quoted saying, “Seniors are my jam!”

Destiny and her family moved here from Oklahoma to fulfill the Executive Director role in Cleveland, TN. She and her husband both feel blessed that God would choose them to serve the people of Cleveland and the resident’s and families of Legacy Village.

Destiny and her husband Chad have been married close to 15 years and have three beautiful blessings- Malachi, Mathan and Moriah. When Destiny isn’t working in her passionate career, she and her family can be found enjoying local eateries, visiting local bookstores and coffee shops, hiking, enjoying time on the lake and tubing the rivers, waterparks, and camping. Destiny says her favorite things that bring her the greatest joy are JESUS and the word of God, her family (+animals), the outdoors, serving seniors, worship music, reading and a good cup of coffee.

Destiny looks forward to serving the city of Cleveland for many years to come!
